LOCATION(S): Manchester
HOURS: Full-time

We’re the newly formed Hive Lab, an integral part of the Colleague Channels Platform. Our mission is to innovate, enhance customer journeys and drive growth by leveraging cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to enhance customer value by becoming more data-driven, and utilising predictive, innovative technology. We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our new lab, you'll play a crucial role in product development, working alongside other Product Owners, Customer Journey Managers, Business experts and our dedicated Engineering team. Your core responsibility will be to identify and shape new opportunities with multiple stakeholders. You’ll also play a leading role in shaping emerging strategy and influencing the Operating Model of the future.
This role sits in the Senior Leadership Team for the Hive Lab so you’ll be accountable for leading and developing people as well as playing a key role in establishing ways of working and creating the right environment for the whole team to succeed together.

What we’re looking for?
- 5 years experience in Product Management and Agile Methodology with proven experience of leading across multiple products
- A proven track record of working at a senior level to shape and influence wider business strategies and operating models
- Ability to create a clear product strategy using both internal and external insight and clear data points to identify and prove value delivery
- Consistent track record of delivery of scale solutions ensuring clear objectives and key results and set and value is measurable.
- Collaborative approach to working with internal teams, partners and third party suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills with evidence of influencing up to senior Executive level.
And any experience of these would be really useful
- Experience of delivering AI products or practical ability to demonstrate understanding of the technology and key delivery considerations.
- People management skills as leading and coaching other colleagues will be a core part of the role.
