Job Description

As an Associate Software Product Manager at WGU, you will help shape products that support students from their first interaction through the start of their academic journey. You will partner closely with experienced product managers while working across engineering, UX, marketing, and enrollment to turn ideas into meaningful product experiences.

You will join a team within Student Life Cycle Services (SLS), focused on improving the online-to-enrollment journey through a student’s first day of class. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who brings curiosity, analytical thinking, and a desire to grow into a high-impact Product Manager. You will be expected to build a strong foundation in outcome-driven product development, learning how to connect strategy to measurable results.

 

Position & Application Details
