SimplePractice is seeking a Vice President of Product, Practice Management to lead one of our most strategically important product domains. This role owns the core operating layer of the SimplePractice platform, the suite of tools that help clinicians and practice administrators run efficient, scalable, and high-performing practices every single day.
You will lead a talented team of product managers across a broad and interconnected portfolio: practice analytics and reporting, scheduling and calendar, third-party integrations, groups and multi-provider workflows, identity and trust, supervision, and the homepage experience. These are not isolated features, together, they form the operational backbone of how tens of thousands of practices run.
This is a critical leadership role at a pivotal moment. SimplePractice is expanding beyond its roots as a best-in-class solo practitioner tool into a platform that powers practices of all sizes and complexities. This VP will be at the center of that transformation defining the product vision for practice operations, driving toward smarter and increasingly automated workflows, and partnering cross-functionally to serve a broader and more sophisticated customer base.
You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and serve as a key voice on the Product Leadership Team.

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
