About The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

Own product planning and iteration for the internal permission management platform; drive productization and automation of permission systems and related workflows;
Work cross-functionally on permission governance and data security tiering; drive operational mechanism development to meet internal and external compliance requirements;
Serve as PMO — track requirements, coordinate scheduling, and ensure quality delivery and smooth releases.
Handle day-to-day permission configuration and governance across internal systems; review access requests, enforce least-privilege principles, and complete provisioning;
Own user access auditing operations; identify anomalous behaviors, drive remediation, and produce audit reports;
Assist business teams with system onboarding and provide permission configuration assessment and security guidance;
Maintain security operations SOPs and knowledge base; continuously optimize the full permission lifecycle.

What We Look For In You

Preferred majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
Over 3 years of experience in backend product management, with successful product cases preferred.
Familiar with software development processes, possessing good project management and team collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate various resources to promote product implementation.
Strong demand analysis and logical thinking abilities, able to quickly understand and grasp business needs.
Strong self-motivation and innovative spirit, able to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
