Senior Product Manager, Infra Operations

About The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Own product planning and iteration for the internal permission management platform; drive productization and automation of permission systems and related workflows;
  • Work cross-functionally on permission governance and data security tiering; drive operational mechanism development to meet internal and external compliance requirements;
  • Serve as PMO — track requirements, coordinate scheduling, and ensure quality delivery and smooth releases.
  • Handle day-to-day permission configuration and governance across internal systems; review access requests, enforce least-privilege principles, and complete provisioning;
  • Own user access auditing operations; identify anomalous behaviors, drive remediation, and produce audit reports;
  • Assist business teams with system onboarding and provide permission configuration assessment and security guidance;
  • Maintain security operations SOPs and knowledge base; continuously optimize the full permission lifecycle.

 

What We Look For In You 

  • Preferred majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
  • Over 3 years of experience in backend product management, with successful product cases preferred.
  • Familiar with software development processes, possessing good project management and team collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate various resources to promote product implementation.
  • Strong demand analysis and logical thinking abilities, able to quickly understand and grasp business needs.
  • Strong self-motivation and innovative spirit, able to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
