Senior Business Process Analyst

The Process Analyst supports operational scalability and organizational maturity through workflow standardization, process improvement, systems alignment, documentation, and cross-functional operational support. This role partners across Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to improve process consistency, reduce operational friction, and support scalable execution.

This role is focused on building sustainable operational infrastructure as the organization continues to grow across programs, teams, and sites.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain, and improve operational workflows, SOPs, and process documentation
  • Support AS9100 process standardization and operational audit readiness initiatives
  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across Supply Chain Operations
  • Improve operational alignment between systems including ERP/MRP, inventory, manufacturing, and procurement workflows
  • Support training standardization and onboarding documentation across operational teams
  • Help define operational KPIs, ownership models, escalation paths, and process governance
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve operational consistency and workflow execution
  • Support process improvement initiatives tied to inventory accuracy, procurement execution, planning alignment, and manufacturing operations
  • Assist with operational reporting, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8-12 years of experience in process engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related operational disciplines.
  • Experience developing and improving operational workflows, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP-driven operational environments and cross-functional workflow management.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience supporting AS9100, ISO, GMP, or other regulated operational environments.
  • Experience working across Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering organizations.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with workflow mapping, operational KPI development, and systems/process integration.
  • Experience supporting operational scaling in fast-growing manufacturing or technology environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, inventory, and manufacturing systems such as Acumatica, SAP, FactoryLogix, or similar platforms.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
