Staff Product Manager - Social Planner, Ad Manager, Blogs

Jobgether · India

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager – Social Planner, Ad Manager, Blogs based in India.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling core growth and marketing tools used by agencies and SMBs globally. You will own the strategy and execution for Social Planner, Blogs, and Ad Manager—three critical products that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer success across a large SaaS ecosystem. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can translate complex customer problems into clear product direction and ship fast with high quality. You will work across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to build intuitive, AI-enhanced workflows that simplify marketing operations. In addition to product ownership, you will play a key role in mentoring early-career product managers and raising the overall product craft within the organization. This is a fast-paced, remote-first environment built for builders who thrive on ownership, experimentation, and measurable impact at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Social Planner, Blogs, and Ad Manager, translating business objectives into clear product direction and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive evolution of the Ad Manager into an AI-driven, data-centric platform by improving campaign optimization, reducing reliance on external APIs, and enabling intelligent automation and recommendations.
  • Lead the Social Planner product to deliver best-in-class UX for scheduling, collaboration, analytics, governance, and workflow automation, ensuring strong competitive positioning.
  • Transform the Blogs product into a modern, AI-enabled CMS-like experience with advanced editing, SEO tooling, and seamless integration across the broader ecosystem.
  • Conduct customer discovery, data analysis, and experimentation to validate problems, define solutions, and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and GTM teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and positioning of product releases.
  • Mentor and develop APMs into strong PM2-level product managers while fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and outcome-driven execution.
  • Requirements:

    • 9–12+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years in senior/staff/principal-level roles owning complex, multi-surface products.
    • Proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, ideally in areas such as marketing automation, social media management, advertising platforms, or CMS/blogging tools.
    • Strong technical fluency with APIs, data systems, and product architecture, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
    • Experience building or significantly redesigning complex user experiences such as dashboards, editors, planners, or workflow-heavy tools.
    • Strong background in product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and KPI definition.
    • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product managers and influencing cross-functional senior stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with senior product leadership roles
      • Fully remote-first work environment with global collaboration opportunities
      • Opportunity to own high-impact products at scale across millions of users
      • High autonomy and ownership over product strategy and execution
      • Strong culture of experimentation, speed, and continuous learning
      • Exposure to AI-driven product development in marketing and growth domains
      • Career growth opportunities including leadership development and team expansion responsibilities
      • Health, wellness, and time-off benefits (varies by region).
