Job Description

 

We are on the lookout for a Group Product Manager to join the Vendor team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

As part of our Vendor Team, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach. Every feature you help build will create growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes, strengthening Delivery Hero’s ecosystem and impact.

 

What You'll Do

  • Domain Ownership & Strategy: Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product domain. This involves identifying market opportunities, understanding user needs, and aligning product initiatives with overall company goals.

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and user-centric culture within your team. Provide coaching and development opportunities to help your team members excel.

  • Product Discovery: Conduct extensive user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify new opportunities, validate hypotheses, and uncover deeper insights into customer pain points and desires.

  • Feature Definition & Prioritization: Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Effectively prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market launch. Drive alignment and effective communication across all stakeholders.

  • Technical Acumen: Develop a solid understanding of the technical architecture and challenges relevant to your product domain. Be able to engage in technical discussions and make informed trade-off decisions.

  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product portfolio, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate the impact of launched features.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners. Manage expectations and build strong relationships.

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a Group Product Manager or equivalent leadership role, managing other product managers.
  • Proven experience in leading product development for complex software products, B2B SaaS, consumer applications, or marketplace solutions.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to use data to inform product decisions, identify trends, and measure success.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a team while building strong relationships with cross-functional partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
