As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure higher accuracy and integrity. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling predictive and intelligent testing solutions that support the broader organizational goals for quality assurance and product excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing objectives with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to quality engineering.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and control.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
