This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance professional who is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional software quality. In this role, you will oversee QA operations across complex product development initiatives, driving testing strategy, process optimization, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring product reliability, compliance, and performance while mentoring and developing a growing QA team. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with people management responsibilities, offering significant influence over quality standards and testing frameworks. Working in a dynamic and technology-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Accountabilities:

  • Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple projects, ensuring effective test planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Define and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
  • Manage task allocation, workload balancing, and delivery timelines within the QA team.
  • Conduct functional, regression, acceptance, integration, and cross-platform testing activities.
  • Oversee testing of complex system integrations, APIs, real-time connections, and data flows.
  • Monitor testing outcomes, defect trends, and root causes to identify opportunities for quality improvements.
  • Implement and track QA performance metrics to measure team effectiveness and product quality.
  • Drive the adoption and enhancement of test automation frameworks and processes.
  • Participate in release management activities, including deployment validation and post-release monitoring.
  • Create and maintain testing documentation, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, onboard new team members, and support career development through coaching and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality objectives align with business goals.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA Team Lead or similar leadership position.
    • Strong understanding of software quality assurance processes throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
    • Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or equivalent platforms.
    • Solid understanding of client-server architecture, web technologies, and API testing.
    • Experience using version control systems such as GitLab, GitHub, or similar tools.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
    • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent frameworks.
    • Familiarity with SQL and database validation techniques.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements.
    • Experience mentoring, coaching, and managing QA professionals.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in Agile or Scrum development environments.
    • Experience with performance testing, regulatory compliance testing, or highly regulated industries is considered an advantage.
    • Familiarity with gaming platforms, gaming mechanics, or similar complex digital products is a plus.
