Job Description & Summary: Senior QA Automation Engineer 

Responsibilities: 

• Independently design, develop, and maintain UI, API, and end-to-end         automation frameworks for enterprise applications. 

• Create reusable components. 

• Debug automation issues. 

• Maintain regression suites. 

• Support manual testing whenever required. 

• Collaborate with the team through tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. 

• Work with version control and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Learn and adapt to new technologies. 

• Visit client sites across Bangalore as required. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

  • 6–8 years in automation testing across UI, API, and end-to-end testing. 

  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar. 

  • Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent. 

  • Worked on GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc. AI tools for efficiency gain. 

  • Familiarity with defect tracking and DevOps tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO). 

  • Strong version control experience with Git or equivalent. 

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps pipelines, or similar. 

  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of automation deliverables. 

  • Support manual testing tasks as needed. 

  • Strong learning agility to adapt to new tools and technologies. 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

  • Selenium, Cypress, Java, Python, C#, Java script 

 

Years of experience required: 

4 to 10 years 

Education qualification: 

BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA
