The work involves deep system understanding, hands-on automation, and active participation in production stability. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies across frontend, backend, and system-level components to ensure product quality and reliability
  • Design, write, and maintain automated test cases and frameworks for web and API-based applications
  • Build and enhance automation solutions (including booking and end-to-end workflows) using tools such as Selenium and other testing frameworks
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system architecture, define acceptance criteria, and ensure robust feature validation
  • Participate in production monitoring, incident resolution, and on-call support to maintain system stability
  • Identify bugs, performance issues, and edge cases while proactively improving overall test coverage
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing into deployment workflows
  • Requirements:

    • 1–3 years of experience in software testing, test automation, or quality engineering across web, backend, or mobile applications
    • Strong programming skills with the ability to write clean, modular, and optimized code for automation frameworks
    • Experience building or working with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
    • Familiarity with tools such as Selenium and exposure to API testing and backend validation
    • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Unix/Linux environments, and distributed systems (preferred)
    • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, OOP principles, and software engineering best practices
    • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and solve complex technical problems independently
    • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to improving QA processes and product quality
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
