We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Vice President – Tax Insurance Broker to join our growing tax insurance practice. This role will focus on advising clients and placing tax liability insurance solutions related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, complex tax positions, and tax credits.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to private equity firms, corporate clients, law firms, accounting firms, and other transaction stakeholders, helping identify, structure, and transfer tax-related risks through insurance solutions. This position offers significant client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to business development, market expansion, and strategic growth initiatives.

$200,000 - $250,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
