This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of people strategy, talent acquisition, and business partnership within a fast-paced, fully remote SaaS environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping how teams are built, developed, and scaled across a global organization. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution across coaching, employee relations, organizational design, and talent acquisition. You will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, improving performance systems, and driving workforce planning aligned to business goals. Operating as part of the extended leadership team, you will influence decisions beyond HR and contribute directly to company-wide priorities. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong relationships, and brings a data-driven yet people-centric approach to scaling organizations.

Accountabilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to leaders, providing coaching, performance management support, and guidance on employee relations, organizational health, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent management initiatives to ensure the organization has the right structure and leadership depth to achieve business goals.
  • Own and evolve the full talent acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, hiring processes, performance tracking, and leadership of talent acquisition resources.
  • Analyze people metrics and workforce data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend actionable strategies that improve engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and continuously improve the overall employee experience across distributed, global teams.
  • Support change management efforts by partnering with leadership on organizational transitions, restructuring, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Act as a key contributor within the extended leadership team, influencing business decisions through people strategy expertise.
  • Requirements

    • 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including strong exposure to recruiting and talent acquisition leadership.
    • Proven experience managing global or distributed teams, ideally within a remote-first or international organization.
    • Prior people management experience with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop HR or talent professionals.
    • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and complex organizational problem-solving.
    • Experience leading full-cycle Talent Acquisition functions and building scalable hiring strategies.
    • Ability to translate business objectives into effective people strategies and operational execution plans.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret workforce metrics and turn insights into action.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
