This role places you at the center of the fast-growing e-mobility revolution, supporting enterprise customers as they deploy advanced EV charging infrastructure across complex, multi-market environments. You will act as the technical and strategic counterpart to sales leadership, translating business requirements into tailored solution architectures that demonstrate the full value of a leading SaaS platform. Operating across the DACH region, you will lead high-impact pre-sales engagements, including demonstrations, workshops, and Proof-of-Concepts, helping prospects confidently navigate digital transformation in mobility. You will also take ownership of bid and tender processes, ensuring compelling, structured responses that align technical capabilities with business outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role where you work closely with sales, product, and industry stakeholders in a fast-paced, international setting. With strong market momentum and a rapidly expanding customer base, your work will directly influence strategic enterprise wins and long-term regional growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as the solutioning lead for strategic enterprise opportunities across the DACH region, aligning customer needs with platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape account strategy and support end-to-end pre-sales cycles.
  • Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept engagements with prospective clients.
  • Own and manage RFx and tender processes, including structuring, writing, and coordinating high-quality bid responses.
  • Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and compelling solution narratives.
  • Stay closely connected to market trends, industry developments, and competitive positioning in the e-mobility sector.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and customer engagements across the region as needed.
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise B2B SaaS sales engineering roles.
    • Strong experience in solution design, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept delivery, and RFx/tender management.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior technical and business stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex customer requirements into clear solutions.
    • Solid business acumen and ability to connect technology capabilities to measurable customer value and outcomes.
    • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly understand and articulate complex software platforms.
    • Fluency in German at native level and professional English is required.
    • Based in Switzerland or the DACH region, with ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
    • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, self-driven working style.
    • Curiosity and motivation to continuously develop expertise in e-mobility and enterprise SaaS environments.
    • Advantageous: experience in mobility, energy, or EV charging standards (OCPP, OCPI, ISO 15118), consulting background, or additional European languages.
