KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER BIOGEN BIOSIMILARS – EAST SPAIN (Barcelona based)

What You’ll Do:

  • Territory covered Cataluña and Aragon
  • Develop and execute an effective business plan tailored to the territory's needs.
  • Identify, segment, profile, and define key accounts among stakeholders such as payers, pharmacists, hospital managers, physicians, and nurses.
  • Build and maintain intimate knowledge of account stakeholders’ priorities, processes, business needs, drivers, and barriers.
  • Foster and strengthen long-term customer relationships through regular visits and engagement with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor procurement cycles and processes relevant to biologic products.
  • Lead the submission and negotiation processes for access to Biogen’s aTNF products.
  • Utilize resources from cross-functional departments to implement local marketing strategies and organize programs to enhance understanding and interest in assigned products.
  • Potential opportunity to expand portfolio in immunology.

Required Skills:

  • University degree (sciences preferred); a master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with hospital products as a KAM.
  • Experience in rheumatology.
  • Mid-level in English and fluency in Catalan preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Catalan healthcare system.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong selling capabilities and interpersonal savvy.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a long-term vision.
  • High level of digital competency to support hybrid sales activities.
  • Results-oriented, ethical, and committed to high standards of conduct.
  • Strong drive with high ambition.
