Fleet Solutions Sales Manager
Fleet Solutions Sales Manager drives profitable growth and market share by building strategic relationships with fleet customers and maximizing the value of the brand in the marketplace. This role is responsible for leading sales activities within a defined territory, growing existing accounts, and partnering with customers and service teams to meet fleet needs. The position develops and executes sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives while leveraging data-driven, solutions-based selling to win new business and retain customers. It requires strong consultative selling, relationship management, and financial acumen to deliver end-to-end fleet solutions and drive sustained customer growth

What You Will Do
- Lead territory sales execution by managing and growing existing fleet accounts while achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand national and local account business, drive revenue growth, and reduce customer churn.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with fleet customers, acting as a trusted partner for their business needs.
- Deliver solutions-based selling by leveraging data, tools, and insights to provide end-to-end fleet offerings (e.g., new tires, retread, and services).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless customer support and account management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening market position and increasing share within assigned accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of sales experience, or 8+ years of sales experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience managing and growing strategic customer relationships, ideally within a B2B sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Strong consultative selling background with effective negotiation skills and solid business and financial acumen.

$91,869.00 - $170,615.00However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
