Lead, Sales Operations, Country and Channel Performance
The Country/Channel Performance Manager is responsible for driving visibility, accountability, and performance management across countries and channels, ensuring consistent tracking and delivery of sales targets.
What you'll Do:
Sales & Customer Performance Measurement
1) Lead tracking of country and channel performance against targets, including volume, revenue, and profitability metrics.
2) Develop and maintain performance dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights.
Weekly Sales Review & Governance
1) Drive structured weekly sales review cadence, ensuring consistent reporting, issue identification, and action tracking.
2) Facilitate discussions with market teams to identify gaps, root causes, and corrective actions.
Business Performance Management
1) Identify underperformance drivers and partner with markets to develop recovery plans.
2) Monitor execution of action plans and ensure follow-through on commitments.
3) Lead Sales Review that will be fed in the global sales review meetings
Multi-Country Coordination
1) Ensure consistency in reporting standards and performance measurement across markets.
2) Benchmark performance across countries and identify best practices for scaling.
Insights & Analytics Integration
1) Translate performance data into insights that support decision-making and prioritization.
2) Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities across channels and markets.
