WHAT YOU WILL DO
Execute Bus fleet sales strategies & plan to ensure AOP Target Achievement
-Involves in development and deployment of a monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan in line with approved sales strategies, to accomplish targets.
-Cooperate with cross-function team to achieve sales target, improve internal co-working efficiency.
-Develop and build direct relationship with the senior leadership of Fleet/Distributor/OEM accounts in order to increase Goodyear brand awareness, promote Goodyear products, and develop profitable business relationships to gain more market shares.
New business development
-Focus on targeted bus OEMs and fleets and frequent visit them with highly efficiency and make the breakthrough with new customer/month.
-Focus on the new distributor development for the area that current distributor could not to cover.
-Internal communication and get alignment of individually customized business scheme, with Legal, Finance and Supply Chain logistic team etc. to achieve sales target and meet company’s compliance requirements at meanwhile.
-Pilot test review of Key account customer
Tendering/bidding
-Communicate and negotiate with the relevant staff of fleet customers, including proactively assesses, clarifies and validates fleet customer needs on an ongoing basis
-Collect the market information/sales data to make our offering competitively to against main competitors
-Facilitate the distributor for new Fleet project bidding, provide technical support for customer according to their various requirements.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:

-Good communication skills and ability of logic thinking
-Be able to take frequent business trip
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-Bachelor four year degree or equivalent
-1-2 years (non-type industry) sales related working experience, automotive or relevant industry preferred
