Logistics Fleet Account Manager
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
New business development
--You will focus on middle size fleet customers, frequent visit them with highly efficiency and make the breakthrough with new customer/month.
-You will do internal communication and get alignment of individually customized business scheme, with Legal, Finance and Supply Chain logistic team etc. to achieve sales target and meet company’s compliance requirements at meanwhile.
-You will pilot test review of middle size fleet customers
Tendering/bidding
-You will communicate and negotiate with the relevant staff of fleet customers, including proactively assesses, clarifies and validates fleet customer needs on an ongoing basis.
-You will collect the market information/sales data to make our offering competitively enough to against main competitors
-You will prepare for each bidding for different customer and present with Fleet top management.
Account Management
-You will Involve in development and deployment of a monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan in line with approved sales strategies, to accomplish targets.
-You will cooperate with cross-function team to achieve sales target, improve internal co-working efficiency.
-You will develop and build direct relationship with the senior leadership of key accounts in order to increase Goodyear brand awareness, promote Goodyear products, and develop profitable business relationships to gain more market shares.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least 3 years of sales experience in tire or related spare part industry; The experience of managing a sales team is preferred
