Analytics Lead I, Large Customer Sales
As an Analytics Lead at Google, you are the bridge between data-driven insights and business-changing decisions. Our Large Customer Sales teams work with the world's most sophisticated advertisers to help them grow their businesses through the power of Google Ads.
In this role, you will be a strategic consultant, helping our advertisers navigate the complex landscape of digital measurement. You will work with high-level stakeholders to implement data signals to improve ads return-on-investment, design the experiments, implement advanced modeling, and ultimately prove the value of advertising spend. You are a storyteller who uses statistics as your language to influence the future of the advertising industry.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- Experience with measurement techniques, including A/B Testing, Causal Inference, Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs), Geo experiments, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), or Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
- Experience in data querying and analysis using SQL, Python, or R.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
- 1 year of client-facing experience, with the ability to influence across levels.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into insights that are presented in a logical and engaging story.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and engaging stories to audiences of all levels.
