Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in a google customer solutions (GCS) or large customer sales (LCS) account executive rotation, or other full-time account executive experience.
- Experience exceeding sales quotas in digital advertising sales or similar field.
- Experience promoting mid-market, high-growth companies.
- Deep understanding of the digital and traditional marketing ecosystem, strategies, and tactics.
- Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
