Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
- Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian or Lithuanian or Estonian fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through and tactical focus and execution.
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
- Demonstrated understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy
- Take initiative, comfortable with ambiguity, and have ability to grow in a team environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
