Germany: €78000 - €80000 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian or Lithuanian or Estonian fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through and tactical focus and execution.
  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy
  • Take initiative, comfortable with ambiguity, and have ability to grow in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
