Inside Sales Representative

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales journey, from qualifying inbound leads to closing deals with new and existing customers. The role requires strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Operating in a high-velocity SaaS environment, you will manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a disciplined pipeline. Accountabilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure in a SaaS environment
- Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and tailored product demos to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions
- Follow up on inbound leads and collaborate with marketing to nurture prospects through the funnel and accelerate conversions
- Maintain and prioritize a strong pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
- Develop customized proposals and messaging aligned with customer business objectives and technical requirements
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM management of all activities, forecasts, and pipeline data
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff to onboarding and post-sale success
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to refine sales positioning and feedback loops
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or similar roles within SaaS or technology environments
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven setting
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement/prospecting tools
- Proven ability to run product demonstrations and manage consultative sales conversations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
