As an Analytical Lead, you will be a trusted advisor to large customers and agencies, using data-driven insights to solve client's growth issues and achieve their business goals. You will serve as the Google owner of clients’ marketing measurement plans and a key partner to Google's ad sales teams, who work to bring the best of Google's advertising solutions to their customers.
You will have an analytical background with experience in consulting, marketing analytics, financial modeling, or statistical analysis. You will refine situations into a few actionable insights. You will help clients modernize their marketing measurement for the AI era by adopting best practices. You will be an expert in the intersection of incrementality, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and attribution. You will use user behavior insights, customer segmentation, and Google internal data to devise marketing strategies that drive successful results.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working closely with clients, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.
- Experience with online advertising (Search, Display, Video/CTV), offline advertising (TV, in person, etc.), website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and/or brand analysis techniques.
- Experience performing marketing experiments, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analyses.
- Familiarity with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality, etc.).
- Ability to analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings via presentations or dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to all audiences.
