Senior Sales Director - JLL Technologies

About the Role

As a Sales Director at JLL Technologies, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of work for enterprise clients across Industrial, Higher Education and Technology sectors. This is a unique opportunity to combine innovative JLLT technologies with Work Dynamics' world-renowned expertise to unveil untapped opportunities that create sustainable, tech-enabled workplace solutions. You'll engage with C-Suite executives in strategic conversations about their business challenges, leveraging JLL's comprehensive technology portfolio- from purpose-built software platforms and apps to hardware, technology services, and venture-backed innovations.

This role sits within our One JLL sales team, reporting dually to JLL Technologies and Work Dynamics, giving you access to an unparalleled suite of solutions that address every aspect of the employee experience, workplace sustainability, and smart building transformation. If you're a proven sales professional with deep expertise in CRE technologies and PropTech, who thrives on solving complex client challenges and exceeding ambitious targets, we want to hear from you.

This role can be based out of Melbourne, Sydney, Perth or Brisbane.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual annual sales booking quotas whilst meeting target margins, as well as in-year won and earned revenue targets for assigned accounts

  • Engage clients in strategic conversations around their business objectives and advise on how JLL's JLLT product suite can deliver value

  • Understand all aspects of assigned customers globally, including available market, market share, business objectives, goals, and technology landscape

  • Develop and maintain accurate account plans and share of wallet data in account planning systems, managing opportunities in Salesforce throughout the sales cycle

  • Build strong relationships with client contacts across CRE, IT and other departments to introduce products and solutions

  • Lead client pursuit teams to develop, sell and contract JLLT products and solutions that meet client requirements

  • Lead contract negotiations with support from JLL legal team to maximise profitability and appropriately manage risk

  • Maintain accurate sales reporting information in Salesforce whilst following JLL's robust sales and solution processes

  • Develop thorough understanding of JLL's broad capabilities across JLLT to meet client needs and expand share of wallet

  • Collaborate with Markets, Capital Markets, JLL Technologies and Work Dynamics team members to deliver the full value of One JLL

     

Key Skills Required

  • Experience across multiple disciplines of technologies and/or solutions

  • Deep understanding of CRE technologies market, PropTech, IWMS, smart buildings, IoT, and experience technologies

  • Proven capabilities in growing relationships at senior executive level and C-Suite for global, Fortune 500 organisations

  • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business or expansion sales

  • Strong influential skills with ability to work across diverse stakeholders to drive common solutions
