We are searching for the best talent for Regional Lead, Commercial Enablement Biosurgery.
Purpose: The Regional Commercial Enablement Lead is responsible for driving sales effectiveness and productivity across the APAC region for the Surgery business. This role will be equipping all relevant sales and clinical team members with the tools, training, content and technologies required to engage customers effectively and accelerate profitable growth. There will also be full responsibility for implementing robust metrics to ensure progress is measured, transparent and broadly communicated.
You will be responsible for:
Commercial Enablement Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver a regional sales enablement strategy aligned with focused growth plans in Surgery, market dynamics as well as benchmarked team needs.
Identify gaps in sales knowledge, skills and behaviours as well as professional education and design programmes to address them. Actively work between global partners, regional peers and markets to leverage content, resources and training methodologies that continuously raise standards across the sales force organisation.
Training & Development: Lead sales training programmes (in-person and virtually) covering product knowledge, clinical expertise and selling skills. Partner with HEMA and Scientific Affairs to ensure benchmark standards of clinical evidence and all appropriate resources are being actively used to raise standards of delivery across the sales force organisation. Ensure customer enablement is achieved through course and event design, content building and execution planning. Implement and report on appropriate measures for success as well as active CRM use and adherence
Content & Tools Optimisation: Through regionally deployed needs assessments source and customize appropriate sales collateral (playbooks, case studies)
Represent APAC in global Sales Enablement Surgery forums
Qualifications / Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, with Science, Business and Education majors preferred.
A minimum of 6 years of business experience with Medical Devices or Healthcare industry is required, with Sales & Education in MedTech Surgery preferred.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing education strategies & programs that drive significant business growth in the APAC region.
Experience in Medical Devices education content build & control
Strong communication, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills are required.
Good interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on leadership, relationship development, and influence management preferred.
Product, clinical and procedural knowledge in Surgery is highly desirable
