We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager to lead a complex digital sales organization across three interconnected streams: Outbound Campaign-based Sales/inside Sales, Specialist/Collaborative Sales, and Digital Self-service Channels.
You will drive performance across telesales campaigns, specialist support to field sales, and online sales channels, ensuring efficiency, conversion, and continuous optimization.
In this role, you will combine a strong analytical and data-driven mindset with managerial leadership, overseeing both internal teams and external partners within a highly performance-oriented environment.

Total compensation: €66,000 – €86,000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
