About the opportunity 

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our growing team in Vietnam and play a key role in driving new business growth across agencies and brands. 

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for managing your patch targets, planning and executing media strategies with agency partners, and acting as a key liaison between clients and the internal teams. 

Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of superior client satisfaction, drive campaign success, and foster strong interdepartmental collaboration.

What will you do?

  • Work on specific agency groups as your dedicated patch of work and hit revenue targets set by the company
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance metrics
  • Act as a bridge between the clients and our internal teams - Customer Experience, Insights, and Studio teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables

About You

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in media advertising (from agency or supplier side) with strong ad sales experience (CTV experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of media planning, digital marketing, and campaign management
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • University degree
  • Fluent in Korean and Business English is a must
