About the opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our technical hiring efforts across our main technical hubs: France, Slovenia, Israel. In this role, you will act as the strategic lead for tech recruitment, driving the sourcing and hiring strategy and technical employer branding strategy for our engineering and product teams.
As a key member of our Global People & Culture team, you will be the driving force behind attracting the top-tier engineering and product talent that builds our world-class technology. This role is perfect for a recruitment expert who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, possesses a deep understanding of the local and international developer landscape, and wants to shape how the engineering community perceives our brand.
You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
What will you do?
Tech Recruitment Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the Tech Talent Strategy: Act as the primary architect for our global technical recruitment efforts, defining sourcing strategies and setting benchmarks for tech hiring success.
- Leadership Partnering: Act as a trusted talent advisor to P&C Business Partners, engineering and product leadership, and hiring managers; optimize interview processes to ensure high-quality hires and a seamless candidate experience.
- Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Map talent pools in specific tech areas across regions and conduct competitive analysis on competitor hiring practices to differentiate our employer brand.
Technical Employer Branding & Community Engagement
- Shape the Tech Brand Narrative: Partner with Engineering leadership and marketing to craft compelling content, engineering blogs, and social media campaigns that highlight our technical challenges, culture, and innovation.
- Community Presence: Represent the company at local tech conferences, meetups, and hackathons; identify key industry forums where top engineering talent congregates.
- Campus & Dev Outreach: Build and maintain long-term relationships with universities, coding bootcamps, and online developer communities to position us as an employer of choice.
End-to-End Technical Recruiting
- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for complex, high-priority technical roles (Software Engineering, DS/ML, DevOps, and Product) primarily for our Israeli hub and broader EMEA region.
- Advanced Strategic Sourcing: Utilize expert-level techniques (including Boolean searches and X-raying) across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to engage passive tech talent.
- Tailored Candidate Engagement: Craft highly personalized outreach campaigns and network within industry forums, online tech communities, and local meetups to build long-term talent pipelines.
Data & Process Optimization
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and regional market trends to continuously optimize current processes and inform hiring decisions.
- Advanced Analytics & Predictive Tracking: Analyze complex recruitment metrics, pipeline velocity, and regional talent density data using predictive analytics to eliminate bottleneck trends and inform global hiring decisions.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with the broader global P&C team to contribute to employer branding initiatives and share knowledge across regions.
- Use of AI: Leveraging modern AI technology to optimize talent insights and market intelligence.
What will you bring to the team?
- Your skills and experiences:
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment within the high-tech industry.
- Strong familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools, automated talent rediscovery tech, and data visualization tools to transform raw hiring metrics into actionable strategies.
- Proven experience initiating or contributing to tech employer branding campaigns, tech event organization, or content creation targeting developers.
- Deep understanding of tech ecosystems, developer communities, and modern engineering stacks.
- Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and advanced use of AI.
- Proven track record of working within international, multicultural teams and managing cross-border technical hiring.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently present our brand at public tech events.
