Bilingual Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant

This role sits at the heart of a high-performing, people-focused talent acquisition function supporting large-scale hiring across diverse business units. You will act as a strategic recruiting partner, driving full-cycle recruitment while advising hiring managers on market trends and talent strategies. The position combines hands-on sourcing, stakeholder consulting, and pipeline development across multiple concurrent requisitions. You will play a key role in shaping hiring outcomes by improving candidate quality, time-to-fill efficiency, and overall recruitment experience. Operating in a remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with distributed teams across Canada. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment delivery while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders. You will design sourcing strategies, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and ensure strong alignment between business needs and talent supply.
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, market positioning, and hiring strategy
- Build and execute tailored sourcing plans using direct search, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles (typically 15–20 requisitions concurrently) across business functions
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines, including passive and diverse candidate pools
- Advise stakeholders on market insights, compensation trends, and talent availability
- Enhance recruitment processes through continuous improvement, tools, and best practices
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in agency or in-house environments
- Fluency in English and French (mandatory) to support nationwide Canadian hiring
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, social media, and direct search techniques
- Proven ability to influence and advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and market conditions
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in parallel within a high-volume environment
- Solid understanding of ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred
- Competitive base salary aligned with Canadian market standards (approx. USD 75,000–103,000 equivalent range depending on experience)
