About the Role:
As a Senior HR Generalist, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees while working from our Fulton, MD office. This is primarily an onsite role, with the potential to work from home one day per week based on business needs, manager approval, and performance/readiness.
You’ll support a growing frontline workforce, and partner closely with leaders to drive employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations initiatives that support business objectives.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for employees within assigned client groups e.g., Call Center, Events Marketing, and Field Marketing teams
- Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement
- Assist with workplace investigations, manage conflict resolution efforts, and recommend fair, timely, and business-focused resolutions
- Partner with leaders on compensation decisions, succession planning, employee development, and retention strategies
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts and deliver a positive onboarding experience
- Execute HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, recognition, and organizational effectiveness
- Interpret and apply company policies while ensuring compliance with employment laws and mitigating organizational risk
- Support organizational development initiatives and drive change management efforts related to business growth and workforce changes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required with major concentration in HR or business-related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in core Human Resources, Talent Management and/or or Talent Acquisition, HR client support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience conducting and assisting with employee relations investigations and resolving complex workplace issues
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as UKG, ADP, Workday, or similar Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
- Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed client groups
- Experience with performance management, talent development, succession planning, and/or employee engagement initiatives
- Experience supporting hourly, frontline, or high-volume employee populations.
- Experience partnering with leaders in sales, call center, customer service, retail, field operations, home services, and/or other fast-paced operational environments
- Strong communication, leadership coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence leaders and build partnerships across all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of employment law, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and related regulations.
Successful candidates will have experience supporting leaders and employees in call center, customer service, sales, retail, field operations, home services, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and/or other high-volume workforce environments where employee relations, leadership coaching, performance management, and organizational effectiveness are critical to business success.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually, plus an annual performance-based bonus target of 15%. The final offer will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package also includes health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.
