This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to play a key role in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent across the U.S. market. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates for a variety of technical roles. You will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and social platforms to build strong talent pipelines in a highly competitive environment. The position requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, target-oriented settings. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-impact hiring solutions. Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure.
  • Conduct advanced Boolean searches and leverage job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and similar platforms to identify top candidates.
  • Engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other professional networks.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and hiring targets.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems and internal tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring efficiency.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by actively promoting opportunities across digital channels.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in U.S.-based technical recruitment within IT or consulting environments.
    • Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and sourcing across multiple job boards and platforms.
    • Solid understanding of U.S. work authorization types (H1-B, Green Card, TN, EAD) and employment models (W2, C2C, 1099).
    • Proven experience engaging passive technical talent through digital and social platforms.
    • Familiarity with developer communities such as GitHub and StackOverflow is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence candidates effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidate quality and hiring trends.
    • Experience building long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven approach to recruitment.
