This senior individual contributor role focuses on building and scaling a brand-new incentives and lifecycle marketing program designed to deepen guest engagement and drive long-term retention. You will take ownership of CRM strategy and execution across multiple markets, shaping how incentives are designed, tested, and scaled globally. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with direct involvement in campaign design, performance analysis, and cross-functional alignment. You will collaborate closely with country leaders, finance, marketing operations, and analytics teams to ensure programs are both impactful and financially viable. Acting as a key driver of guest rebooking and engagement, you will turn insights into actionable lifecycle strategies. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences customer experience and revenue growth across regions.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and lead the end-to-end strategy for CRM and lifecycle marketing programs focused on guest engagement, retention, and rebooking.
  • Partner with global country managers to align on incentive structures and ensure consistent execution across markets.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to validate budget feasibility and ensure incentive programs are financially sustainable.
  • Own campaign planning and execution, including writing creative briefs, defining requirements for marketing operations teams, and supporting QA processes.
  • Oversee CRM campaign delivery across email, push, and in-app channels, ensuring high-quality execution and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Leverage data tools, including SQL and AI-based reporting, to validate results and ensure accuracy of performance insights.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within a B2C technology or consumer-focused environment.
    • Deep hands-on expertise in owned marketing channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, including journey building and triggered campaigns.
    • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and align competing priorities.
    • Proven ability to translate complex performance data into clear, executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations.
    • Basic SQL proficiency to validate reporting outputs and ensure data accuracy.
    • Experience working with CRM platforms similar in structure to tools like Braze or Iterable, with strong understanding of data architecture and campaign systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to scale CRM programs from ad hoc testing to structured, repeatable playbooks and centers of excellence.
    • Experience in high-growth or global consumer technology environments is strongly preferred.
    • Comfortable operating as a fully hands-on senior IC with no direct reports.
