This role offers an opportunity to lead high-impact healthcare recruitment efforts focused on sourcing and placing top medical professionals across international markets.
You will play a key role in identifying and engaging highly qualified healthcare talent, particularly Registered Nurses and allied health professionals, for critical healthcare needs.
The position involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from advanced sourcing and headhunting to interviews and successful placements.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver strong, qualified candidate pipelines.
A strong emphasis is placed on proactive sourcing strategies, including direct outreach and non-traditional talent acquisition methods.
The role is highly relationship-driven, requiring strong candidate engagement and a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Registered Nurses, LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals across international healthcare assignments.
  • Apply advanced sourcing strategies, including X-ray sourcing and headhunting, to identify high-quality healthcare talent.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong pipelines of healthcare professionals, ensuring consistent talent availability.
  • Conduct detailed screening interviews and assessments to evaluate clinical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Reduce dependency on job boards by leveraging proactive and direct sourcing methods.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
  • Track recruitment activity and provide regular updates on pipelines, progress, and hiring outcomes.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with strong exposure to Registered Nurse placements.
    • Proven expertise in advanced sourcing techniques such as X-ray sourcing and direct headhunting.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, recruitment practices, and industry standards.
    • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
    • Experience working independently in remote or distributed environments.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
