This leadership role offers the opportunity to build and scale a high-performing people function within a fast-growing, tech-driven organization.
You will shape end-to-end HR and talent acquisition strategy, directly influencing how the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution across hiring, performance management, and employee engagement.
You will work closely with senior leadership to design and embed a strong, remote-first organizational culture.
A key focus will be building scalable recruitment systems and improving overall talent quality and hiring efficiency.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and own the full spectrum of HR and talent acquisition functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Design and execute scalable hiring strategies across multiple functions, ensuring consistent access to high-quality talent.
  • Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Develop workforce planning and talent forecasting strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Implement and optimize HR systems, ATS platforms, and performance management frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance time-to-hire, quality of hire, and overall recruitment outcomes.
  • Partner closely with leadership teams to define and drive long-term people strategy and organizational design.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience working with remote or distributed teams in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong understanding of modern HR tools, ATS platforms, and performance management systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and scale recruitment processes in growth-stage organizations.
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to operate with high ownership, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
    • Experience in tech-driven or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
