As a Learning and Development Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that support leadership growth and organizational performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs, create innovative learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. Working in a collaborative and agile environment, you will leverage data, technology, and modern learning methodologies to foster continuous development across the organization. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about people development, instructional design, and using innovation—including AI—to shape the future of learning.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, manage, and evaluate learning and development programs, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop initiatives focused on leadership development, future skills, innovation, and competency building.
  • Analyze organizational needs, historical data, and performance indicators to recommend and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Integrate leadership development initiatives with broader learning, performance, and career development programs.
  • Monitor program effectiveness, generate insights from learning metrics, and continuously improve development experiences.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder alignment meetings while building strong relationships with leaders and internal partners.
  • Contribute to the adoption of innovative learning practices, digital tools, and AI-powered approaches to enhance learning experiences.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience in Learning & Development, including the design, implementation, and management of learning programs.
    • Experience developing leadership development initiatives and managing learning journeys from planning through impact evaluation.
    • Hands-on experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis, reporting, content creation, and learning material development.
    • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Knowledge of instructional design principles, authoring tools, and modern learning methodologies.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform business needs and data into effective development solutions.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency with productivity and reporting tools, including spreadsheets and presentation software.
    • Experience in technology companies, familiarity with OKRs, and knowledge of emerging learning trends, AI applications, and innovative educational practices are considered strong advantages.
