This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international recruitment environment focused on healthcare staffing for the US market.
You will play a key role in identifying and placing qualified healthcare professionals, especially Registered Nurses, into critical roles across leading US healthcare facilities.
The position involves full-cycle recruitment, from advanced sourcing and headhunting to candidate engagement and placement.
You will work closely with international hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
A strong emphasis is placed on proactive sourcing strategies, including non-traditional and X-ray sourcing techniques.
This is a highly impact-driven role where your work directly supports healthcare systems and patient care outcomes.
The environment is remote, dynamic, and performance-oriented, with strong exposure to global recruitment practices.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Registered Nurses, LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals for US-based healthcare facilities.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including X-ray sourcing and headhunting, to identify and engage high-quality healthcare candidates.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously expand a strong pipeline and database of US healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct detailed screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate clinical expertise, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies with reduced dependency on job boards and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and staffing priorities.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on recruitment activity, pipelines, and hiring progress.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with strong exposure to US-based Registered Nurse placements.
    • Proven expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including X-ray sourcing and direct headhunting strategies.
    • Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, roles, and hiring requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
    • Experience working independently in a remote, target-driven environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders effectively.
    • Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
