This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling the global Revenue Operations function that powers end-to-end go-to-market performance. The position sits at the core of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data, ensuring alignment across systems, processes, and revenue-driving teams. You will define the operational backbone that supports forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance analytics across a complex, multi-product organization. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring deep expertise in RevOps systems, particularly Salesforce and BI platforms. A key focus of this position is enabling scalable growth through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will also lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across GTM workflows to improve efficiency and unlock new revenue insights.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own the global Revenue Operations strategy and execution, building scalable systems, processes, and data infrastructure that support revenue growth, operational alignment, and go-to-market efficiency across the organization.

  • Define and lead the global Revenue Operations strategy aligned with business growth objectives and executive priorities.
  • Own end-to-end GTM processes from lead generation through revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  • Lead Salesforce architecture, BI infrastructure (e.g., Tableau), and core revenue systems to ensure a unified source of truth.
  • Build and optimize revenue reporting, forecasting models, dashboards, and performance analytics across all GTM functions.
  • Drive automation and AI-enabled transformation across GTM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Lead integration efforts across business units, including M&A, ensuring systems and data consistency post-integration.
  • Oversee commission structures, incentive plans, and sales compensation reporting to align with revenue performance outcomes.
  • Manage and scale a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and data-driven execution.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings deep Revenue Operations leadership experience, strong technical expertise in GTM systems, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and transformation in fast-paced environments.

    • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations leadership roles.
    • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and optimization within complex revenue organizations.
    • Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms.
    • Proven track record of leading GTM transformation initiatives, system integrations, and operational scaling.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue lifecycle, including lead-to-cash and monetization processes.
    • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with CRO, COO, and CFO-level leaders.
    • Experience building scalable RevOps frameworks in SaaS or AdTech environments is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with AI-driven GTM transformation, automation, and predictive analytics is a strong advantage.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
