What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow your own portfolio of clients – prospect, network, pitch, and close deals.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at performance agencies and key merchants.
  • Educate clients on the power of Google Ads and how it can grow their business.
  • Take ownership of your pipeline, sales targets, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive success.
  • Shape local go-to-market strategies and solve challenges proactively.
  • Represent our brand at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
  • What You Need For This Role

  • Experience in digital advertising or media sales (around 2–3 years) – if you’ve worked with agencies or performance campaigns, even better.
  • Strong relationship-building skills – you’re confident reaching out to new leads and driving conversations.
  • Curiosity and interest in online advertising, analytics, and digital trends.
  • You work well independently and can manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian.

    In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is 8,658,160 HUF.

    In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
