Job Overview
We are looking for a Scientist to join our qPCR and dPCR Product Development team and contribute to the development, optimization, and commercialization of innovative molecular biology products.

In this role, you will work with advanced qPCR/dPCR technologies, collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Product Integrity, and global R&D teams. Your work will directly impact product quality, innovation, and customer experience across global markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on scientist who enjoys laboratory work, problem-solving, and contributing to the development of next-generation molecular biology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute qPCR/dPCR experiments to support reagent development, optimization, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing technologies and bioanalytical methods for product and raw material analysis
  • Support transfer of newly developed products from R&D into manufacturing
  • Prepare validation plans, studies, and technical reports
  • Develop and execute product stability programs
  • Coordinate change control activities related to product formulations, manufacturing processes, and analytical methods
  • Participate in customer complaint investigations and technical problem-solving
  • Analyze scientific literature and contribute new ideas for product development
  • Prepare and present experimental summaries, technical reports, and scientific conclusions
     

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience
  • Hands-on experience with qPCR/dPCR reagent or assay development is an advantage
  • Experience with product development or design control processes is an advantage
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Understanding of nucleic acid chemistry, protein chemistry, enzyme kinetics, and qPCR reagent formulation
  • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and integrate data from multiple sources
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Good English communication skills (B2–C1)
  • Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
     

Salary
2183- 3270 gross/month

The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €2 183,33–€3 270,83.
