Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methodologies, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams to maintain high standards of service delivery. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project progress and meet client expectations effectively.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team performance.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong expertise in identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity governance frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity management solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ with various enterprise systems and applications.
- Skilled in managing security compliance and audit requirements within identity management projects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
