Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Procurement Agent (Level 3 or 4) to join the North America and Europe team based in Everett, Washington.

We are looking for qualified candidates with a strong supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers worldwide. As a Procurement Agent, you will oversee complex work packages in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class products that support our airline customers and the flying public.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
  • Executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
  • Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
  • Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
  • Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 6+ Procurement and Supply Chain Processes 
  • 6+ years of project and program management experience
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system 
  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 10+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes 
  • 10+ years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance 
  • 10+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3: $94,350 - $127,650

Level 4: $118,150 - $159,850
