At Mondelēz International, we believe our people are the key ingredients to our success. We're on a mission to lead the future of snacking, and we need visionary HR leaders to make it possible. We're searching for a Senior HR Business Partner (People Lead) Manufacturing & Supply Chain for our dynamic DACH Business Unit – a strategic partner who will balance employee interests with business objectives, drive strategic growth, and champion workforce performance. 

How you will contribute

Strategic People Partnership & Leadership: 

  • Support and partner with the Sr. People Lead DACH to define and execute the local people strategy, aligning global and local policy and change initiatives with business needs.  

  • Act as a strategic advisor to DACH Supply Chain leaders, embedding our people strategy across 5 plants and Customer Service & Logistics, influencing business strategy for all people-related matters, and providing dedicated HR support to 1 plant.  

  • Coach and challenge senior function leaders, fostering robust partnerships to drive performance and talent development. 

Talent Management & Workforce Planning: 

  • Drive the implementation of global and local talent strategies across all DACH plants, working collaboratively with Plant People Leads. 

  • Lead workforce planning leveraging data analytics to proactively identify future HR concerns and implement solutions that enable business strategy and impact the bottom line. 

  • Partner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition CoE to attract, onboard, and retain top talent crucial for manufacturing and supply chain success.  

  • Support the review of compensation programs and advise on compensation decisions outside of standard guidelines. 

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership: 

  • Lead the 'organization pillar' and manage transformational change within the IL6S journey and design and implement effective organization structures and new ways of working, partner on capability roadmaps and function transformation agendas, accelerating core skill development and fostering a growth culture that translates into employee engagement. 

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Build and maintain strong labor relations across DACH, fostering robust partnerships with works councils and unions, plan and lead on complex employee relations matters and inform and update People Services on any local legal and regulatory changes in the business unit. 

Culture, Engagement & Performance: 

  • Partner with leadership teams to assess, develop, and implement compelling employee engagement strategies and leverage data and insights to identify opportunities for enhancing employee experience and driving a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. 

Team Leadership: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports (Plant People Leads) promoting performance improvement, skills development, and the achievement of individual and team results to build a high-performing People team. 

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Extensive progressive HR experience (typically 7+ years), with a significant portion directly supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operations functions within the DACH region. 

  • Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, influencing senior leadership and driving people strategies that impact business results. 

  • Strong expertise in labor relations and partnering with unions, specifically within Germany/DACH. 

  • Demonstrated experience in organizational design, change management, and talent management (acquisition, development, retention). 

  • Familiarity with IL6S or similar continuous improvement methodologies in an HR context. 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions and solve complex problems. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with fluency in both German and English (written and spoken). 

  • Experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals. 

  • Ability to travel regularly to plant sites within the DACH region as required.
