Responsible for supplier development, cost control, commercial negotiation and project support for assigned commodity categories. Continuously drive cost, quality, delivery and supply chain performance optimization throughout the product lifecycle.

Job purpose

Responsible for supplier development, cost control, commercial negotiation and project support for assigned commodity categories. Continuously drive cost, quality, delivery and supply chain performance optimization throughout the product lifecycle.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. 商品及供应商管理(30%)Supplier & Commodity Management

  • 制定并维护所负责商品类别的采购策略
    Develop and maintain sourcing strategies for assigned commodity categories
  • 开发、评估并管理合格及战略供应商
    Identify, evaluate and manage qualified and strategic suppliers
  • 负责供应商评估、审核、绩效管理及持续改进
    Manage supplier evaluation, audits, performance review and continuous improvement

2. 成本管理与商务谈判(25%)

Cost Management & Negotiation

  • 负责询价(RFQ)、比价、议价及供应商定点
    Handle RFQ, cost comparison, commercial negotiation and supplier nomination
  • 管理年度合同及框架协议(Blanket PO)
    Negotiate and manage annual contracts and blanket agreements (Blanket POs)
  • 通过成本分析、Benchmark 及 VA/VE 推动持续降本
    Drive cost reduction through cost analysis, benchmarking and VA/VE initiatives

3. 项目及新需求支持(20%)Project & New Program Support

  • 负责新项目及新产品的 RFQ 支持
    Support RFQ activities for new projects and new products
  • 负责项目报价、技术澄清、供应商定点及变更管理
    Manage project quotations, technical clarification, supplier nomination and change management

4. 质量与持续改进(15%)Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • 与供应商协作推动质量、交付及流程持续改进
    Work closely with suppliers to improve quality, delivery and process performance
  • 支持 IATF 16949 及五大工具的基础应用
    Support basic application of IATF 16949 requirements and core quality tools

5. 其他职责(10%)Other Responsibilities

  • 按照管理层要求,高效、专业地完成相关工作任务
    Support and execute assignments delegated by management in a timely and professional manner
  • 与跨部门团队高效协作,支持采购及业务运营
    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support sourcing and business operations

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics or Supply Chain preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing purchasing or commodity buying
  • Familiar with sourcing of plastic parts, metal parts, PCBA, electronic components and/or wiring harnesses
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic manufacturing requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical skills and sense of ownership
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
