As Contract Specialist within our Sanofi Global Hub, you'll ensure the timely and accurate processing of contractual fee and rebate obligations, managing contracts across multiple markets while serving as a key link between our customers and internal teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Verify eligibility and process payments based on contract terms, ensuring accurate calculation and timely delivery of rebates and fees

  • Maintain detailed contract and rebate processing logs, performing thorough validation of data for management review

  • Manage contracts across various markets and business units, including commercial and medical agreements

  • Communicate directly with customers regarding payments and promptly escalate issues to ensure optimal satisfaction

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Contract Development, Legal, and Account teams to address customer needs

  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all company policies and ethical practices

About you

  • Payment processing experience in an international environment with exposure to North American ways of working, plus a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Advanced English (spoken and written) and Spanish proficiency

  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Teams, Zoom, Outlook, and payment platforms; RMUS and Appian knowledge is a plus

  • Strong understanding of contract management with exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized, structured approach

  • Self-motivated problem-solver with strong collaborative skills, customer service experience, and driven by continuous process improvement.
