The Opportunity 🚀
Carrot is looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Procurement to build and lead our global procurement function from the ground up. This is a foundational role: you will design the sourcing, vendor management, and spend governance processes that scale with Carrot's rapid growth, international expansion, and IPO readiness.
You will partner closely with Finance, Legal, Technology, People, and Commercial teams to make sure vendor spend aligns with our financial goals, compliance requirements, and strategic priorities. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape a new function and directly influence how Carrot scales.

Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $175,000.00- $200,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
