Global Supply Chain Analyst

Wolt · Berlin, Germany

About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. In 2014, we started with restaurant food delivery in Helsinki, Finland. Today, we're in the delivery of (almost) everything, our platform is available in 30+ countries and used by more than 50 million consumers, and our diverse and talented team is already over 14,000 strong. From day one, we built our tech with scaling in mind. This allows us to operate efficiently across small countries and even small cities. Now, together with DoorDash, we’re building a global leader in our industry.

The role you are looking at is a part of Wolt Market - our very own grocery stores that deliver unprecedented convenience and world leading customer experience. People across 21 countries can order their groceries and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightspeed.

As we scale our global operations, the decisions that drive product availability, vendor performance, and inventory efficiency are increasingly data-driven. The Global Supply Chain Analyst sits at the centre of that work: partnering with Regional leads, the Analytics team, and the broader SCM function to turn raw supply chain data into insight, surface performance gaps before they become operational fires, and support the process improvements and system initiatives that will define how Wolt Market Supply Chain operates at scale.  If you're energised by the complexity of multi-country supply chains, fluent in data crunching and want your work to have a visible impact on the availability of products across millions of customer orders this is the role

What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Own the analytics roadmap for the Global Supply Chain team, translating strategic priorities into reports, dashboards, and data products that drive decision-making across 22 countries.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Supply Chain and Analytics Engineering teams, ensuring the right data is modelled, accessible, and reliable for regional and local SCM teams.
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks that give the global SCM community a clear, real-time view of supply chain performance.
  • Generate actionable insights from complex data sets, identifying availability risks, vendor performance trends, and operational inefficiencies before they escalate.
  • Serve as the data champion for the Supply Chain community, the go-to person for any data queries, metric definitions, and analytical asks from regional leads and local teams.
  • Support regional and local Supply Chain teams in interpreting data and translating insights into concrete operational improvements that drive product availability.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Wolt Market's end-to-end data architecture, ensuring supply chain data is accurate, well-documented, and consistently used across the organisation.

Our humble expectations

  • 3–4 years of solid experience in analytics, reporting, and data visualisation, with a strong track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar), and comfort working with large data sets using SQL.
  • A curiosity for and working knowledge of AI tools whether for accelerating analysis, automating repetitive reporting tasks, or generating faster insights from large data sets. We're actively embedding AI across the business and expect this role to be at the forefront of that within the Supply Chain function
  • A true ownership mindset, someone who doesn't wait to be asked, proactively identifies what the team needs to know, and takes full accountability for the quality and reliability of analytical outputs.
  • Experience in e-commerce or quick commerce is a strong plus, but what matters most is the ability to quickly understand a complex operational domain and become the resident expert on its data.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different markets.
  • Collaborative by nature, with the confidence to partner closely with engineering and analytics teams to shape data infrastructure, not just consume it.
