This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst based in the United States.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of goods across a large-scale, fast-moving supply chain network. You will be responsible for tracking shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting day-to-day logistics operations through detailed data management and coordination. The position requires strong analytical ability and a high level of precision, as you will be working extensively with spreadsheets, reports, and operational data. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain reliable inventory visibility. This is a highly operational and detail-driven role where organization and responsiveness directly impact business efficiency. Accountabilities:
- Maintain and update accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, logistics documentation, and related operational data.
- Track inbound and outbound deliveries, communicate with suppliers and partner facilities, and ensure timely shipment coordination.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain regular and ad-hoc logistics, forecasting, and inventory reports.
- Manage inventory tracking systems and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy across plant and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate carton counts, inventory updates, and reconciliation of discrepancies across internal and external locations.
- Process Bills of Lading (BOLs), review invoices, and verify or approve additional charges when applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistency in supply chain data and reporting.
- Support forecasting activities and participate in operational planning meetings to improve supply chain performance.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain software tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining structured workflows and deadlines.
