Supply Chain Consultant / Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, simulation, and real-world supply chain optimization, supporting clients across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and defense. You will work on complex operational challenges, translating business problems into structured analytical models and actionable insights. The position involves deep collaboration with clients and internal teams to design, test, and refine end-to-end supply chain solutions. Using tools such as simulation and optimization modeling, you will help organizations improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making. The environment is highly analytical, fast-paced, and innovation-driven, with strong emphasis on problem-solving and technical rigor. This is a hands-on consulting role where your work directly shapes operational strategies and measurable business outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Analyze and structure complex supply chain data sets, including cleaning, transformation, and preparation for modeling and simulation work.
- Translate business requirements and process flows into analytical models, ensuring alignment between current operations and future-state solutions.
- Develop and execute simulation experiments and optimization models to evaluate scenarios and support client decision-making.
- Conduct root cause and supply chain performance analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend high-impact improvements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal project teams to design workflows that bridge operational gaps and enable scalable solutions.
- Support solution architecture development through data analysis, visualization, and documentation of findings and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain optimization across diverse industry contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, consulting, or analytics roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles including demand planning, inventory optimization, logistics, and network design.
- Hands-on experience with optimization modeling techniques such as linear programming and network optimization.
- Familiarity with simulation tools and concepts (e.g., AnyLogic, FlexSim) and/or Python-based modeling environments.
- Experience working with data pipelines, ETL tools (such as Alteryx), and data integration or API-based systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguous business challenges and deliver structured solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, methodologies, and evolving supply chain technologies.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
