This role sits within a 24x7 enterprise identity operations environment, supporting mission-critical Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms that secure access across complex organizational systems. The position plays a key role in ensuring users and applications can reliably authenticate, provision, and access resources without disruption. You will handle Level 2 support activities across IAM ecosystems, working on real-time incident resolution, identity lifecycle processes, and access governance workflows. The environment is fast-paced, operationally focused, and highly collaborative, requiring strong technical troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset. You will interact closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role where your work directly supports enterprise security and end-user productivity.

Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for delivering Level 2 operational support for enterprise IAM platforms, ensuring smooth identity services and rapid resolution of access-related issues. You will troubleshoot authentication, authorization, SSO, and provisioning incidents while maintaining system stability in a 24x7 support environment. Core responsibilities include:

  • Providing Level 2 support for IAM and identity governance platforms, ensuring timely incident resolution and service continuity
  • Troubleshooting authentication, authorization, provisioning, lifecycle management, and SSO issues across enterprise systems
  • Monitoring IAM environments, responding to alerts, and supporting incident and service request workflows
  • Supporting identity lifecycle operations such as onboarding, role changes, and deprovisioning processes
  • Collaborating with engineering and security teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes
  • Maintaining operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base content for IAM processes
  • Supporting compliance audits, access reviews, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Participating in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed
  • Requirements:

    This role requires strong foundational experience in Identity & Access Management support within enterprise environments, along with bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. You should be comfortable working in operational, incident-driven settings and collaborating across technical teams.

    • 2+ years of experience supporting IAM or IGA platforms in enterprise environments
    • Hands-on experience with tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Verify, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager, or Microsoft Entra ID
    • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management
    • Experience troubleshooting access issues and supporting production identity services
    • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal communication)
    • Ability to work in shift-based or rotational 24x7 support environments
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
